From Kochi you can take the ferry to Allepey. From Quilon, that is an hour from Trivandrum, you can also take the regular ferry to Allepey.
The best way is by train as you can see Allepey’s scenic beauty on the way. Check any South Indian railway trains and whether there’s a halt at Allepey.
